Welcoming Dan Wood to ZWM

We are happy to   welcome a new addition to our firm: Dan Wood joined Zimmerman Wealth   Management, LLC this week as a Financial Planning Associate. Dan’s   experience and education are outstanding additions to ZWM. His   background with Morningstar Inc. and State Farm Insurance gives him a broad   overview of what financial planning and investment planning look like in the   real world. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder,   and will fully qualify for his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)   designation later this year.

Dan holds Illinois   insurance licenses in Fire, Casualty and Life & Health. As in the   past, we will not sell any insurance products, but Dan’s experience and   expertise helps to expand and deepen our knowledge-base in these   areas. Additionally, he held the FINRA Series 6 license while at his   prior positions.

Dan lives in Chicago   with his wife and together they enjoy traveling, board games, and spending   time with friends and family. 

Dan says that he is   “focused on demystifying finances through unbiased, individualized service,   which helps clients make the best long-term decisions.” That pretty   much sums up what we have been about at ZWM since we opened the doors over 15   years ago!
