Due to the enormous scope of this breach, please also consider the recommended actions we outlined yesterday for your children and any elderly family members that are under your care.  You can log in to http://www.trustedidpremier.com/eligibility/eligibilityto find out if anyone was affected.  Once you enter the last name and last 6 digits of your loved ones’ social security number, the website will indicate whether their personal information has been compromised.  You can then decide what additional actions you can take on his or her behalf.
